We believe that feedback is crucial in all business, regardless of the size or nature. It is important to all stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers, investors, shareholders etc).
Do you always find the time to actively encourage feedback in your business?
It doesn’t always need to be a formal process to become very useful information to your business and employees. Feedback provides people with belonging and purpose, it can increase growth and happiness, it can help unlock change and innovation and can help when a problem needs addressing. It can improve relationships by encouraging dialogue even if it is a difficult conversation at least then it provides an opportunity to resolve it.
